I see you. I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from your true self, to seek that alignment between your mind, body, spirit and God. In case we’ve never met before, here’s a little about me:
- I’ve been on my own journey since 2010, starting with yoga, which transformed how I understood my mind and body.
- Over the years, I’ve studied and blended numerous practices like Reiki, Reconnective Healing, Shamanic Healing, Ayurveda, Herbology, Aromatherapy, Psychotherapy, Somatic Embodiment practices, Family Constellations, Numerology, NeuroAndrogyny and transformational life coaching to create a truly holistic approach to healing.
- My passion is to be a guide to others so they achieve the kind of balance and deep connection I found myself, offering personalised, experiences that empower growth, overcome traumatic residue that’s holding you back so you can thrive in the best life possible.
